At Thahab, we are committed to delivering premium-quality non-alcoholic beverages. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are limited. However, we ensure a fair and efficient resolution process for any issues with your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept claims under the following circumstances:
  • Products received damaged (e.g., broken bottles, leaking cans)
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Product quality issues (e.g., contamination, off taste, expired product)
  • Delivery-related damage
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Opened or consumed products (unless a quality issue is reported)
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

3. Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence
Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.

4. Resolution Options
Once a claim is reviewed and approved, Thahab will offer one of the following:
  • Replacement (preferred) – shipped at no additional cost
  • Store Credit – issued to your account for future purchases
  • Refund – issued to the original payment method (case-by-case basis)

5. Return Requirements
Due to hygiene and safety regulations for consumable goods:
  • Physical returns are generally not required
  • Customers may be asked to safely dispose of affected products
  • In certain cases, Thahab may arrange collection at its discretion

6. Shipping & Costs
Thahab Covers Costs When:
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items are delivered
  • Items are missing
This includes:
  • Replacement shipping
  • Any required return logistics
Customer Covers Costs When:
  • Incorrect address is provided
  • Delivery fails due to customer unavailability
  • Re-delivery is requested
A re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Refund Processing
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Store credits are typically issued within 24 hours

8. Subscription Orders
For subscription-based purchases:
  • Orders can be modified or cancelled prior to billing
  • Once processed, subscription orders are non-refundable
  • Exceptions apply for damaged or defective products

9. Compliance
In accordance with regional consumer protection regulations and food safety standards, consumable products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

10. Policy Misuse
Thahab reserves the right to decline claims in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of policy, or repeated refund requests.
